Prior to any recruitment and deployment activities
the client organization must be recognized (accredited)
by the Bureau of Manpower activities Employment
and Training(BMET) of the Government of Bangladesh.
Certain documents may be required by the Ministry
of Labor and Manpower of Bangladesh to be "
authenticated or certified " by the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs or the Chamber of Commerce
and Trade of the host country.
To achieve accreditation the following documents
must be submitted:

Photocopy of the Employer's
Commercial or Business Registration.

Photocopy of the passport
or any official identification card of the
authorized representative.
-
A Power of Attorney(POA)
written on the official letterhead of the
employer, duly attested by the Bangladesh
Embassy in the host country.
-
A Standard employment contract
to be used by each of the employee. This contract
will be reviewed and must conform to the standard
imposed by BMET.
-
A demand letter (D/L) or
job order using the employer's official letterhead
describing the type, number and compensation
package of workers required must be duly attested
by the Bangladesh Embassy in the host country.

A "consular letter" on
the employer's official letterhead must also
be accompanied with the POA/D/L duly attested
by the Bangladesh Embassy empowering the agency
to stamp visas from their Embassy in Dhaka
for and on behalf of the client.
Sourcing :
This activity begins with the complete definition
of the manpower requirement of the employer. It
is imperative to have the following at this point
:

"Job Order" or
"Demand Letter (D/L)"-This identifies
the type , number and compensation package
of each category of workers needed.Should
there be additional requirements in the future
another job order must be sent immediately
for preprocessing.

"Job Description"-This
describes in detail the job requirements and
the minimum qualification of the candidates
for each category of workers needed.
-
Compensation Package- This
will include basic salary, food allowance,
accommodation allowance, overtime policy relocation
benefits, medical benefits etc.
- Employment terms and conditions-All details
needed for the employment contract, the right,
duties and limitations fully described there
in.This will include the contract duration,
probation period etc.
Depending on the type number
and local availability of job categories, we will
draw up a sourcing plan.
This plan may include, advertisement
on print and broadcast media, district recruitment
sorties, direct site recruitment, telesourcing,
networking etc. We will conduct preliminary screening
to determine broad technical and educational qualifications
English language proficiency and work attitude.The
end result of this activity is a short list of
candidates for each job category, preliminary
to the final interview and selection.This activity
is normally completed within 2 to 4 weeks depending
on the volume and degree of availability of the
workers in each job category.
Final Interview :
The employer on its option
may send representative(s) or authorize SIL to
conduct the final interview of short-listed candidates.This
activity must be done as soon as possible to keep
the qualified applicant's interest in the job.
Prior to the representatives arrival , an interview
schedule is prepared and appointments are confirmed.
Should responsibility for final interview be assigned
to us , complete interview results technical evaluations
and comprehensive resumes will be forwarded to
clients for final selection and job offer. This
activity will be completed within one(1) week.
Job Offer :
To formalize the employer's
offer , we require that a written job offer in
the form of NOC for individual cases for block
visa for a whole group irrespective of names and
personal details, be entered there in Before sending
the original by mail and advanced copy may be
faced by the employer to the candidates under
care of the agency, that is SIL.
This Job offer will be the basis for medical tests,
documentation and processing to start. To avoid
development delays, we request that at this stage
a back-up candidate be named as well. This activity
must be completed within one day to one week depending
on the volume and the deliberation process required
to arrive at a decision.
Documentation of Recruit :
At this stage medical examinations
obtaining passport and visa application and authentication
of relevant documents will be completed.
These documents will be completed within two(2)
weeks.
VISA/NOC Processing:
Upon completion of the passport
and other necessary documents, the visa or "No
objection certificate" is applied for the
stamping of entry visa. In certain countries and
airline ticket-is to be produced for the stamping
of visas Depending on country-specific consular
schedules, this task may require two(2) to six(6)
weeks time.
Labour Processing:
The BMET requires from each
worker the following:

The signed employment contract
following the standard approved during accreditation
of the employer.

Necessary life and accident
insurance.
-
Appropriate repatriation
bond.

Other requisites for the
issuance of Overseas employment Certificate.
This activity will be completed in one(1) to two(2) weeks depending on the volume of workers being processed at BMET.
Contract Signing:
When all the official formalities
are cleared we call each and every worker to our
office and have the employment contact signed
by them. Other agreements to ensure the loyalty
of the employee is also signed by them and maintained
by us.
Despatch:
Simultaneous to documentation
and processing activities , ticketing and booking
will be done according to the schedules required
by the employer and employee. In addition "Pre-departure
Orientation Seminar" will be conducted by
us where attendance of all the workers is compulsory.
A written communication about arrival details
will be send to the employer so that the worker
can be welcomed by the former or his representative
at the airport. A written confirmation about the
schedule and post-arrival confirmation by the
employer will also be required. Normally, this
activity is completed within one(1) to two(2)
weeks time.
